At my first follow-up after surgery, I said it seemed like there wasn't much change, and they showed me a CT scan confirming that a lot of bone had been removed. The director kindly explained that everything thickly wrapped around the outside of the bone was flesh and swelling, and after that they prescribed the necessary aftercare, including high-frequency treatments and Shurink at two-week intervals. Their service attitude was good because they didn't irresponsibly dodge the results of the surgery and instead tried to accept my complaints as much as possible to the end. But this is why you can't blindly trust review photos with huge before-and-after gaps. In my case, the price was applied on the condition that I would provide selfies and write a review after surgery, and they didn't touch the review text, but the hospital edited my chin pretty heavily in the selfie and asked me to upload it with that photo. Honestly, after going through the surgery myself, I realized that the common sculpting review claim that a face that was square and rock-like can turn into a sharp, smooth, doll-like face is almost impossible because of physical limits, such as the risks of nerve damage and skin laxity. There wasn't a dramatic change, but I'm satisfied that my contours became much softer. If I get a lifting laser or lose weight, I could get even slimmer here too, But later I plan to save up and get a facelift. In the end, it feels like the completion of contour surgery ends with a lift.
