I liked that I could go in without waiting. The consultation manager was kind and explained everything in detail. The doctor also drew several different lines for me. I was glad they consulted kindly, and I asked about other things too, but they didn't push anything on me, which I liked. I also asked the consultation manager about other things, and they were honest and didn't make any excessive recommendations, which I liked.
