There were so many people, and the director took a long time with the consultation. She didn't seem very professional, and she had extremely flashy features, but she explained things well. The doctor also shaped the line really well to my liking. But since it's a large hospital, I feel a bit uneasy going there, so I'm probably going to cancel the reservation.
