If it weren't for the manager, I might have booked surgery. First of all, I really hated the pressure to pay a deposit. I don't understand why there is almost a 700,000 to 800,000 won difference between booking and not booking. The director seems straightforward and good at consultations. Still, because of the pressure to pay a deposit and the manager being strangely unfriendly, I feel it's not great. The hospital atmosphere is very chaotic
