The consultation manager was kind, but there was pressure to pay on the same day. While waiting to see the doctor for a consultation, it took quite a while, and they seemed busy. And it still gave off a factory-like feel. There were a lot of people. In the end, I did not go through with the surgery, and the facilities were really nice.
