Director Kwon Hyuk-dong’s consultation was the kindest among the places I went to in person, and he clearly explained the analysis of my face and eyes and why surgery was needed. The manager was also kind, and I was satisfied, but unlike other hospitals there were some concerns about the authority involved, and the review photos on the app looked so polished and pretty that I actually got worried whether the hospital had retouched them or provided the photos itself.
