This was my first widening surgery, and I wanted the inner canthoplasty to be sharp and the outer canthoplasty to be rounded, but surgical methods differ by hospital, and at this hospital they do not make the outer and lower canthoplasty rounded. My lower eyelid line had been slanted, and it just got bigger along the same line. I clearly wanted the inner canthoplasty to be sharp, but it ended up a little D-shaped, and the tied suture area left a mark and became wrinkled. There is a scar from the inner canthoplasty at the front of the eye. And on the day of surgery, I was still thinking about what to do, but the director got annoyed and snapped at me. The staff also gossiped behind people's backs. Do your research before going. It's ridiculously expensive too.
