I visited after making an advance reservation for an eye consultation. The consultation was held in the order of the director first, then the consultation manager, but even though I had booked ahead, I ended up waiting about an hour. Both the consultation manager and the director kindly answered all my questions. I liked that they did not recommend any surgeries other than the one I wanted.
