I’ll keep it brief. 1. It’s not a rear canthoplasty; it’s a downward adjustment of the outer eye corner. The triangular zone gets wider, but that means you lose area above the eyes. My eyes weren’t harsh to begin with, so my impression became a bit dumb. I wouldn’t recommend it unless your eyes are already pretty sharply upturned. 2. It absolutely will not stick back up. Even if you remove the sutures because you don’t like it, if there is already adhesion, it will end up the same as before removing them. That might be an advantage for someone else. Once an eye has drooped, current plastic surgery technology can’t restore it. Decide carefully.
