First of all, the director is kind. And if you’re dissatisfied with the surgery, they’re very sorry and try to do a revision without even charging you. But... the surgery result was just so-so I think the director doesn’t really have their own style and doesn’t seem very confident, so from the patient’s perspective it could feel unsettling.
