The doctor took a long time with the consultation and was moderately kind. Above all, I liked that he seemed confident about the direction of improvement I wanted, which gave me the feeling that he would do well. However, when it came to the surgical method, the explanation felt more like a focus on before-and-after photos than a professional explanation, which was a little vague. More than anything, the overall impression was not very motivated, so it didn’t feel very trustworthy. The manager, well... their tone and attitude felt careless, almost bothered, and that made me worry that they might suddenly change if a problem came up.
