Consultation with the doctor first, then with the director. When I worried about side effects, he said there is no surgery with no side effects. You have to be prepared for anything. Still, he spoke with the sense that he was confident in himself. Maybe it was just words, but I liked the confidence. It may also be because a close acquaintance strongly recommended him, so I felt positively about it. The director was not really someone who gave a good feeling. Somewhat arrogant, or maybe self-assured. Still, the consultation was handled well. He said this kind of procedure could change your impression to that extent. Compared with other clinics, he had a refreshingly blunt style. There was no pressure to book.
