I had secondary canthoplasty about 3 years ago. The doctor was kind, and even though I kept wanting more done, he actually stopped me and said I could take it step by step. Since it was a lateral canthoplasty, there isn't much difference now, but it seems better than before. I recommend the hospital for doing the surgery neatly.
