The director explained everything kindly and clearly. The manager was a little unfriendly at first, but became friendlier over time. Still, it feels like they recommend medial epicanthoplasty even if you have only a little Mongolian fold. Other than that recommendation for the inner corner, I was satisfied overall. I recommend going for a consultation once.
