I had a consultation with the consultation manager for about 10-15 minutes, then waited about 30 minutes before consulting with the director. The director shaped the line and then, while looking at that line, checked which kind would be good. After the consultation with the director, I spoke with the consultation manager again and got an explanation of the additional details.
