It was my first time at a big hospital, and I had high expectations. As expected of a big hospital, there were a lot of people. They held the elevator and organized things, so I didn’t get confused about where I was supposed to go. The consultation manager also helped me think through choosing an implant that fit my situation. The doctor was also professional in the consultation, which I liked.
