They have brochures ready so you can decide on the line. I think it's because each hospital has different 기준 for in-out and semi-out. The doctor explained things well and understood my needs, but didn't actually draw the line for me. About the scar, he said it would be better than it is now. He said they would do both double-fold creation and incision.
