First of all, the doctor seemed extremely busy, but still consulted kindly. I wanted surgery without an implant, but he also recommended silicone and said that if I did it without an implant, the dorsal hump might show. There was no Photoshop or virtual simulation. He was reasonably kind. But he did seem busy.
