I had my first surgery around 2017 using ear cartilage and the septum. As soon as the splint came off, my nose felt low. My nose was already very low and small, so there was a limit to how much it could be raised. Still, I think this is a hospital that gives a natural result. I don't think it's far from a soft but glamorous style.
