Dr. Kim's explanation of the implant was the most detailed I've ever heard, and the director's explanation was also very clear. They honestly told me what could and couldn't be done. It looked like they had more experience with fat grafting, so I decided to go with an implant, but I chose another place in the end Still, overall the facility was clean, and both the friendliness and professionalism seemed excellent.
