As rumored, the director is extremely blunt. Maybe because this consultation was right after surgery, they looked very exhausted. They are not the type to kindly explain everything first. If you have questions, they answer right away when you ask. So if you're going for a secret consultation, think through your questions beforehand. Still, I liked that they clearly told me what could and could not be done. Better than giving false hope over nothing.. The downside is that you can't predict the surgical result. Still, I liked that they were honest.
