There are no excessive procedures, and they clearly say when something can't be done. My friends and I have had noses done there, about four people in total, and none of us had any side effects. It seems more natural than flashy design. The doctor is extremely meticulous and listens to even small details before giving advice. They also suggested making my eyes bigger, but I had a slightly less aggressive approach, and I do think I should have listened to the doctor, though it still looks natural and nice. The staff are also really kind and take care of you like an older sister would. It is different from the usual clinics that act like they don't care what happens. The estimate was fairly high, so I don't remember it well and just noted it down roughly.
