How I got nose filler done wrong and ended up with an Avatar nose

My whole nose wasn’t low, but I thought the bridge was a bit low, so I once got a Hiko procedure. They said it was good because if they inserted two threads and put filler between them, the threads would keep the filler from flowing down, so I did it without thinking much. At first I thought, “Oh, it’s really firm?” But they definitely said the threads would dissolve, you know? It’s been almost 4 years since the procedure now, but I still feel like I can feel the threads? It feels like they’re crunchy and poking when I touch them. Other people might say theirs dissolved, but I’m a really sensitive and delicate person and I notice things like this easily, so it still bothers me. And I clearly said I hated Avatar noses, but I ended up with an Avatar nose~~ My nose already looked long, and it made it look even longer ^*^ When I got regular nose filler before Hiko, it looked more natural and felt like my own nose was still alive, but after Hiko it was like a piece of chalk stuck right in the middle of my nose! I thought it would get better, but for a while it looked so unnatural that I didn’t want to show my face. Everyone, when you go for a consultation, please go somewhere where the director doctor does the consultation, not just the consultation manager.. I don’t think things like the consultation manager being kind are important. In the end, the one performing the procedure is the doctor director, right?
