First of all, the doctor is incredibly kind. During the laser treatment, he gave praise and encouragement with every shot, lol. The staff member who handled the laser care was kind too, and the front desk staff were friendly, so it was nice. It doesn't seem cheap in terms of cost, but they provided services like vitamin care, which was nice. I went for pigment removal, and the pigmentation seems to have faded just a little, while my skin texture improved.
