I've been going for toning skin care and Shurink several times, and it was pretty good. The prices were nice too, and my skin got a lot whiter from toning, but I don't really know if the thread lifting was effective. Maybe it was because I only had ordinary threads inserted that the effect was minimal. As for the care, I remember there was no extraction, and it was expensive for one inflammation injection
