I was actually late for the consultation so I got it in a hurry. Of course it was my fault for being late, but the doctor seemed very busy. They took a photo and did a Photoshop mock-up of the expected nose shape on the spot. They suggested raising the tip using no implant, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
