This place really only recommends what’s necessary. The wait is short, the manager is kind, they don’t force a same-day deposit, and the cost is decent. For the nose, they suggested bridge + tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage) (bulbous nose correction, short nose correction). My own skin really does not stretch, but they said they wouldn’t recommend using costal cartilage here.. If you want to use costal cartilage, you can. It can be raised 1 mm more. Osteotomy isn’t necessary. They explain the reason while looking at facial area and nostril width…
