I was looking for reviews because I wanted a natural in-line fold, and I liked what I found, so I went in for a consultation. But they didn't examine things as carefully as I had expected. If you ask about something you're curious about, they do answer everything, so I think it's better to go in with your questions clearly in mind. The director doesn't really tell you things proactively on their own. There was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit or to have surgery.
