I only had a consultation, but I tend to worry a lot, so I took my time and asked about many different things. The staff member who handled the consultation waited for me patiently, was very kind during the consultation, and even kindly explained things like the price on the business card and how to choose a hospital when you are worried about surgery. Honestly, if it felt like they were forcing sales on me by telling me to do it at their hospital, I would have felt put off, but I did not feel that at all. They tried to match the patient as much as possible, waited, and empathized, so I felt trust because of that. The price was more expensive than I expected, so I am still debating the surgery, but this place does not seem to advertise and, true to being a specialized eye clinic, it seems to have a lot of word-of-mouth patients~ The consultant here with short hair was cute and gave me such a great consultation, so I want to praise her!
