The director didn’t recommend surgeries that weren’t really necessary, and only suggested the procedures I needed, which made me trust them and go ahead with surgery. I’m satisfied because the droopy part was corrected with a minor double-eyelid procedure without ptosis correction. The director is a bit reserved in personality, but that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly.
