Before seeing the doctor, I had a consultation with the coordinator. Suddenly they said that because of my eye characteristics, I might need a forehead lift, which was absurd.. I guess a clinic’s image is affected a lot by the people at the front desk. I went there planning to get a revision surgery naturally, but the consultation coordinator had such a sharp-looking face.. When the doctor came and started the consultation, they didn’t mention a forehead lift and talked about ptosis correction instead, but while I was asking whether skin incision scar removal was necessary, I asked if removing too much would cause lagophthalmos, and they abruptly said in a casual tone, “I can’t remove that much skin, you know??” I was taken aback. I’m not that young either, I’m over 30. It seemed like they were overwhelmed and busy because there were so many patients. Even after the doctor’s consultation, I had to wait for the coordinator consultation too, and since I wasn’t even curious about the price, I was about to leave, but they said they’d guide me within 5 minutes, so I waited a little and then heard the price before leaving.
