I feel like they prioritize naturalness and safety. I went for a consultation because I originally wanted surgery, but they turned me down, saying that if I had surgery, my crooked nose would stand out and the tip could look upturned ㅠ Instead, they recommended filler between the eyebrows, so I got that. It did improve things naturally, but the fundamental complex about my blunt nose tip still remains ㅠ
