I saw in the consultation reviews that opinions on the director were pretty mixed, so I went in expecting that to some extent. Since plastic surgery is obviously not something you choose just by how friendly they are, that part didn't matter to me. I had a consultation in the order of the coordinator, the director, then the coordinator again. Unlike some other clinics, there wasn't that usual coordinator-consultation vibe. The director explained what could and couldn't be done based on his own convictions, which I liked!
