At the ㅋㅇ consultation, there was no overtreatment. They recommended silicone and ear cartilage, and it was just a rhinoplasty clinic; they were kind. At ㄹㅅㅍ, they recommended columellar lengthening with costal cartilage, but I said autologous costal cartilage scares me and that I wanted donated rib cartilage. They said it was possible. They treated me well and listened carefully. I went to ㅈㅇㅈㅇ after applying for a revision rhinoplasty event, but it took a bit because there were a lot of people. I was recommended costal cartilage and silicone. I think there’s a reason why places have lots of people. They all felt similar, but after going to the consultations, I’m even more unsure where to go.
