The director seemed to have a certain level of expertise. They answered the questions I asked well, and when they showed before-and-after photos, there were quite a few that were tempting. The coordinator was just so-so. The consultation itself wasn’t especially sincere, and the cost was fairly high. It didn’t feel like they were especially attentive.
