(I'm writing my friend's review for her.) I had surgery once about 10 years ago because I was very self-conscious about my hump nose. At first, the insecurity disappeared, so I was really satisfied with that alone. But as time went by, the tip of my nose started to turn up, and the lower part had been done with ear cartilage, but maybe because my flesh was trying to return to its original shape, the tip lifted and people around me asked, 'Since when did your nose become like a pig nose?'
