When I first went in for the consultation, the director seemed blunt, so I was scared. But as the consultation continued, I realized they were not blunt; I just felt that way because they were being serious and thoughtful in the consultation. Later they even cracked jokes, and during the facial contouring consultation they were very serious, which made me think, as expected, they are a professional. When I looked at the before-and-after photos, I saw that people with faces similar to mine had clearly benefited, and that made me feel like I wanted facial contouring soon too.
