It was a bulbous nose, and they said I didn’t need alar reduction, just to raise it and tie the cartilage... using septal cartilage. I was satisfied with the shape, but the septum gradually bent and the silicone also started to shift... It seems they took out and used a lot of the septum... It didn’t last long...
