I went for a double-eyelid consultation, and they explained everything kindly and in detail. But they also recommended other surgeries besides my eyes, so I excluded them from the list of procedures I wanted to do. In my personal opinion, those other procedures were not absolutely necessary, so the fact that they were recommending several surgeries beyond the eyes made the trust level drop a little.
