The consultation wait was about an hour, and the manager and staff were all kind. The manager only answered the questions I asked and didn’t explain things first on her own, so if you go for a consultation, you should think carefully about what to ask! The explanation was good. The director was also kind in explaining things, but somehow the explanations felt a bit vague overall.
