The fact that there was both an ENT specialist and a plastic surgeon there gave me confidence. Since this was a nose revision surgery, I wanted to get it done properly at the right place and be finished with it. But the consulting manager was extremely unfriendly, which hurt my feelings there, and then I consulted with the director. The director didn’t say anything unnecessary, answered my questions well, and gave a very thorough consultation, even checking with a cotton swab whether the septal cartilage had been used or not. Still, I trusted them, but I didn’t really feel that spark, and they said they might have to use rib cartilage, so I didn’t go through with it. I thought that would be the last resort... Overall it was good except for the consulting manager.
