My nose bridge was already somewhat high, so I had nose surgery without an implant! lol Actually, it was a place where I already knew a few acquaintances had had surgery, and it was also close to my company, and they had evening consultations too, so I got a consultation right away and had my surgery at Miho. They adjusted things well based on the direction I wanted plus the direction that suited me, so I had the surgery just as recommended, and they chose the right material and design for me, so I think I successfully got the style I wanted. There are not many places that do no-implant surgery well, but the doctor really seems to match the line beautifully even without an implant.
