At first it fills up in a sudden way, then gradually settles, and over about 2 months my own collagen is made and the volume builds up - that is Ellansé, apparently. People who have tried forehead filler and got Ellansé say that, in terms of how long it lasts and even the visible texture, it is really like your own forehead: slightly firm and rounded, so they only get Ellansé. During the design stage, the doctor focused on the balance of my face from the start, because a very sharp, exaggerated, very three-dimensional forehead would not suit my overall image. It was reassuring and trustworthy, especially since he is a board-certified plastic surgeon. Even though not much product was used, it looks really smooth like in the photos. Thanks to that, I look more feminine, which makes me happy. There do not seem to be many reviews because Ellansé is a bit expensive, so I am sharing this for people like me who have a forehead with strong contours.
