Review of autologous costal cartilage for the bridge and tip after silicone removal

After going through a hard time from my first surgery failing, I finally feel at peace now If you look at the before photos, you can tell that I had silicone inserted but it was bent to the side and the nose shape was blunt and not pretty. I also had severe nasal congestion, so when I went to a university hospital and got tested, they said I had chronic sinusitis.. For this revision surgery, I wanted it to be both functionally sound and aesthetically nice, so I researched hospitals carefully. The GNG Hospital where I had surgery is apparently a place many people go to for nose revision surgery too. They have an otolaryngology specialist, so I felt the functional side would not be a problem. What was hard on my mind was the problem with the silicone, so this time I decided to build the bridge and tip with autologous costal cartilage. The director shaped it beautifully for me, so I really love the line Compared with before surgery, less of my nostrils show, and the side profile changed, so I am very grateful.. My sinusitis also improved, and my nose itself feels comfortable. These days I am grateful that I can breathe.
