I had heard there would definitely be a wait, and it really was quite long. I had been to other places too, but it was less severe than there, and I think I waited about an hour. Still, it was not like the consultation was cut off after 10 minutes, so it was fine. It probably took about 20 to 25 minutes. The director does suggest several options, but maybe because they are trying to listen to my opinion as much as possible, they actually ask what I think would be good. lol If I say I am unsure, they do recommend things, but if I have a clear preference, they seem to do it that way. The back lower canthoplasty was not overly sad-puppy either, just moderate. I should look around several hospitals, but at least by consultation standards it was fine. The cost is definitely on the higher side, so that is a bit of a concern. Anyway, the consultation with the director was fine and the manager was just average. It was not pushy, and it was not half-hearted either, so it is good for a short visit and done?
