I went to a factory-style clinic for a basic event-price treatment, but because my acne was severe I went with the premium line. However, with every extraction, the time and delicacy varied depending on who was doing it, and the anesthetic cream was either left on way too long or taken off way too quickly, completely at their own discretion. They also said they would use all kinds of devices, but it felt like everything was done with the cheaper ones. Especially the manager-consultant was extremely disrespectful. Factory-style places really are better avoided. Even for Botox, most places show you the product before injecting, but they did not show it, so I honestly do not know if it was even genuine
