My younger sibling had booked a consultation for double-eyelid surgery, so I went along with them lol. Since it was their first double-eyelid consult, they kept asking about a lot of different things too. They originally wanted natural adhesion and were aiming for a semi-out line. During the consultation with Dr. [Brand A], they first listened to the eye shape they wanted, and then explained how natural adhesion could be designed to fit that standard. It wasn’t just a simple “please do semi-out” and that’s it; they explained while also looking at the strength of the eyelid opening and the existing eye shape, so it was useful even just listening from the side. My sibling had been a bit fixated on the line before the consultation, but after hearing the explanation in person, they said it mattered more to do a height and line that fit their own eyes lol. Listening with them, I also felt like it was quite detailed for a first double-eyelid consultation?! In any case, they were satisfied with the consultation, so my sibling is planning to look at a few more places including this one before deciding!
