I struggled for a long time with trachoma, then looked for a non-surgical option and had 4 laser sessions. The hospital atmosphere was generally fine, and the doctor and nurses were not bad in terms of friendliness, but it was not the kind of place that really wowed me either, just okay. The result is that the scar area definitely improved, so I am satisfied with that. Even in photos, it looks more tidy than before, and my skin texture seems better too. But the trachoma itself, which I was most hoping for, was not dramatic
