I only went in for a consultation at first, and my nose had already collapsed very badly, so I did not have high expectations. Still, the director took notes on the consultation very carefully and explained things in detail. But the terminology was so difficult that it was hard to understand what he was saying^^.. He said I would need three more surgeries, and the cost was so burdensome. And there were many reviews saying it felt like getting scolded, and I really relate to that.
