I went for a consultation for functional nose surgery, and I was a little taken aback because the first consultation with the coordinator was short, but the consultation with the director was extremely detailed and long. I showed him the nose photos I brought, and he reflected them well, and I liked that he didn’t recommend any other surgery. He consulted me so well that I really thought I wanted to have the procedure done at this clinic, but after seeing other reviews saying it seemed like they were memorizing a script, I’m getting a bit conflicted.
